Some useful remarks for the bookings and conditions of contract
You will receive confirmation of the reservation as soon as advance payment is received for the entire amount.This payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
The payment of the balance must be received 30 days prior to the beginning of your stay, as outlined in the accommodation rental agreement.
The reservation may be cancelled by written communication. If the cancellation is made up to a month before the beginning of the stay and the entire amount has been paid, 50 percent of the paid amount will be refunded; when cancelling, 10 percent of the total amount will be held in any case to cover administrative costs.
